3. Products and Prices

Prices include VAT and are in Peruvian soles (PEN), unless otherwise stated in foreign currency for export orders. Pycmar may modify prices without prior notice. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4. Purchase Process

An order is considered confirmed once Pycmar sends written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) and payment has been made or credit terms agreed.

Bank transfer · Yape · Plin · Cash on delivery (enabled local orders) · Credit terms for export clients.

6. Returns and Complaints

The customer must contact Pycmar within 24 hours of receipt, with photographic evidence. Pycmar will evaluate each case and coordinate a replacement or refund if appropriate. You may also use our Complaints Book.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Pycmar or its respective owners. Reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Piura, Peru.
