Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to homes within our enabled zones in the Piura region. Check our Delivery Zones to verify if your address is within our coverage area.
2. Delivery Lead Times
Piura and Castilla: 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Other enabled zones: 48–72 business hours.
Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. are processed the following business day.
3. Product Conditions
All our products are delivered frozen at −18 °C within the cold chain. The customer must maintain the cold chain once the order is received. Pycmar is not responsible for product deterioration if the cold chain is not maintained after delivery.
4. Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery zone and order volume. You can check the exact cost when placing your order or contact us via WhatsApp. Orders exceeding the minimum amount may qualify for free shipping.
5. Order Receipt
At the time of delivery, verify that the order is complete and in good condition. Any issues must be communicated to the delivery person at the time of receipt or reported to us within 2 hours.
6. Export Orders
Dispatch conditions for export orders (reefer containers, FCL/LCL) are agreed individually during the quoting process. Visit our Export section or contact us.
7. Force Majeure
Pycmar is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, road blockages, strikes or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will coordinate delivery on the nearest available date.
